I called them on Christmas eve to schedule an appointment later that week for a non-emergency. They were great, returned my call promptly, even on a holiday, and called back when they said they would to schedule a time. They showed up right on time and even wore those little booties so they wouldn't track dirt into the house! They quickly diagnosed that the plumbing issue was actually a rodent issue (because I'm a city girl and can't tell the difference), got me to the right people, and didn't charge me for the visit.

But when I DO need a plumber, I'll definitely go with these guys.
